As the Chicago Bulls head into the 2026 NFL draft with the No. 4 overall pick, all eyes are on who they’ll select for that top five selection.<\/p>

Will it be North Carolina standout Caleb Wilson or Duke star Cameron Boozer? It’ll boil down to who’s available after the Memphis Grizzlies make their No. 3 selection.<\/p>

But, why should the top five get all the fun? Let’s explore three options popping up in mocks for the Bulls to take as their No. 15 pick.<\/p>

Jayden Quaintance, Kentucky<\/strong><\/p>

Even though Quaintance is a bit of a question mark following his ACL injury, he has the potential to be the kind of big, physical athlete that Bryson Graham salivates over.<\/p>

Zach Buckley of Bleacher Report has him going at No. 15 to the Bulls.<\/p>

“If he can get back to full strength, he has game-breaking upside on the defensive end,” Buckley states. “His size, length, strength and explosion all make him an impact paint protector, but he’s also nimble and instinctive away from the basket. His offensive value may never reach beyond lob finishes and putbacks, but if he’s as special as he can be defensively, that won’t really matter.”<\/p>

Labaron Philon, Alabama<\/strong><\/p>

This pick makes sense, because the Bulls need a real point guard to set them up for years to come. Kevin O’Connor of Yahoo Sports likes this pick for the Bulls at No. 15.<\/p>

“Philon is a shifty, score-first point guard who blossomed into one of the best guards in college basketball as a sophomore,” he states in a mock. “He doubled his scoring output with buttery floaters, a deceptive handle, and a feel for running an offense, while also beginning to shore up the shooting questions that once clouded his projection.”<\/p>

The only downside here is that Philon is a below-the-rim player and under 180 pounds, so he has a thin build, but it’s nothing that should stop the Bulls from snatching him up.<\/p>

Hannes Steinbach, Washington<\/strong><\/p>

The Bulls would be wise to snag this big man, if he’s still available at No. 15. Adam Finkelstein of CBS Sports has him going to Chicago and bringing them a player “who has elite hands and is a high-volume rebounder.”<\/p>

He adds: “He’s a bit between a four and a five, but with the NBA trending back towards more size in the frontcourt, he should be capable of playing both positions on most nights. Pair him with Caleb Wilson, and the Bulls have a future frontcourt that is as versatile as it is talented.”<\/p>

My Pick: Hannes Steinbach of Washington<\/h2>

Not to just play it safe, but Steinbach is really the safest of these players to draft. What stands out about him is his versatility. The Bulls need some players who can be a “Jack of all trades” and fill in spontaneously when the moment calls for it. Also, as Finkelstein mentioned, pairing him with Wilson, if the Bulls get him early in the draft, would make for a powerful duo. But, there’s no reason to be mad if the Bulls go with Quaintance or Philon instead, because they’re also stars in the making.<\/p>
